look at the payments all I see is payments managed by ebay which are checks, money orders, and cash on pickup.
If you are selling as Local Pickup, you can accept payment however you want.
You are entitled to refuse anything but cash if you prefer.
You just mark it paid and the buyer takes it away.
If it's pickup the seller must offer an electronic method to pay.
Many sellers prefer to use Managed Payments even for Local Pickup.
The buyer pays before he gets to your place using any of the electronic payments allowed by eBay.
You get QR code and when he arrives for pickup you confirm the transaction using the QR code.
There is no problem with accepting cash for Local Pickup.
The Buyer is the only one who is vulnerable when they use that method.
