Fedex caused me a defect

Sold  item Tuesday the 6th packed it up dropped off at fedex going ground scanned it in got my receipt,  the next day wenesday 7th  New Jersey snow storm hit. checked tracking today all it says label created with the tracking number does not say dropped off.

Drove back to fedex where i shipped  and know the enployees she took me in the warehouse and there is my box sitting there was told fedex ground couldnt pick up yesterday due to weather.

I asked why if i scanned it in on Tuesday  that the tracking number dosent reflect it ?  no awnser now she couldnt tell me why, ebay tells me i will get a defect.

wow do evrything right and it becomes a problem !

Have you called Ebay and talked to them asking for an extension due to the severe weather in that part of the country??

I've experienced significant delays with FedEx tracking updates in eBay.  It can take 3 or 4 days sometimes.
