Ending a fixed price listing early

I am unable to end my FP listing early.  When i try to do so Ebay directs me to click on a link to the announcement board.  When i click on that link it says it is unable to connect.  Is this a glitch, or a change in policy to prohibit ending fixed price listings early?

You can end a fixed price listing any time for any reason. 

Go to your seller hub. Go to "Listings" then 'Active Listings".

Look for the item you want to end.  Look for a drop down menu. Click on "end item".
