Ebay taking 33% of my sold item?

I sold an Xbox 360 for $51.99 ($37 plus $14.99 shipping), but only received $34.66 in my bank account. This is just after switching from PayPal to bank transfers. How do I get the remainder of my money, I feel scammed

Customer paid for shipping so item sold for $37.00

The $51.99 included the shipping the buyer paid.........  You paid some amount for shipping out of that...which you are not considering when calculating the payout........

You are comparing a payout summary to a transaction summary. 

That is comparing apples to oranges, because a single payout can contain multiple transactions, charges, and fees. 

Unless you also show us the payout detail that explains what line items comprised that $34.66, then we have no idea what happened.

Did you pay for shipping with the money paid by the buyer?
