Ebay's stupid question answering process for FOREIGN Ebay sites

So you go to answer a question from a foreign seller and are presented by a sign-in page for the foreign Ebay.  Not only does it not make SENSE to have to answer it this way, having to sign-in again, but WHAT are we to make of the "choices" buttons at the bottom of the page which probably have something to do with cookies or some such crap, but we can't KNOW unless we read the foreign language.

If you go to the foreign user's profile page on ebay.com, you can use the contact link there to avoid having to sign in to the foreign site to contact the seller.

If you have your eBay messages sent to your email, you can also reply directly to the email you received rather than using the blue "reply" button and signing in to eBay.

Why not just use Google translator?  It's a real good feature and that way you won't have to sign out ebay.com.
