Ebay now telling Seller to Ship Cancelled Items!

Guide

It never ends! Was advised to cancel due to buyer providing old address. Relisted, buyer purchased with new address and item was shipped. Yet, ebay apparently thinks we're supposed to ship cancelled listings......even when the item's been relisted, purchased and shipped!! I surely hope this won't end up as a defect! Anyone else experience this?

Ebay now telling Seller to Ship Cancelled Items!

It's a glitch in eBay's programing that's been going on for a long time

without being fixed.

Just ignore it. It's false information that won't harm your account.

yes, there is a known glitch.
Just ignore it and it will drop off. It won't count against you for a late shipment.
I've had a couple of these myself.

That notice was driving my crazy.  Then I learned that I can ARCHIVE the listing, and not see that notice any more.

You're being kind.

How do you archive a listing? Do mean just delete it from the sold list?
