I can’t see a specific reference to seller metrics but it looks like they may be counted as usual.
If your buyer claims they have not received the item, we suggest working with them to resolve the issue, and then raise a claim with the included shipment protection to cover your losses.
eBay’s seller levels and performance standards apply as they would for any typical eBay order.

eBay's view is this "We sellers are stupid one for purchasing ebay's product, we should've known it's literally glitching out not uploading/updating traffic. This IS UTTER B************ They do a horrible job properly integrating tracking to the website and punish US FOR THIER OWN FAILURES IN CODING" This company is horrible

And other sellers use this service on a daily basis without issue.
I agree with the above poster that ebay treats the "Metrics counted as usual"
When you receive an INR complaint enter the tracking number just like always.
When a buyer complains that the tracking shows delivered, and the item has NOT been
delivered, Tell them to wait a day or 2 and they'll get it.
This system is NOT perfect but saves seller $$$ if they can use it for what they are selling.
