Easiest way to process undeliverable item?

Customer contacted me that she had her address wrong on ebay and item is being sent back to me as undeliverable even though she has called usps trying to have it rerouted. She still wants the item and has fixed her address. After it arrives here what is the easiest way to resend this and what is the best process to follow? Thanks!!!

Buyer will have to re-pay the shipping cost. You then print out a new label, attach it over the old label,and mail package back to buyer.
