Ebay customer services have today told me that the new ISO app is not fit for purpose and to not use it but use the website!!.
Cant get rid of Good till cancelled override. No duration change option on some of the listings...
I also asked about opting out of seller hub as it is also not fit for purpose. Why do I want my sales figures to include postage charged...my accountant doesn't want these two figure combined , it is not a true reflection of my sales and make sit hard for me to compare sales periods.
EBAY YOU ARE IN SERIOUS DANGER OF ALIENATING ALL OF YOUR SMALL BUSINESS SELLERS IF YOU DONT LISTEN TO US AND GET THIS MESS SORTED.
