Disappearing listings "old thread"

The moderator closed the previous thread less than 3 hours after the last post. What??

Anyway, listings are still disappearing. I just had to relist 8-10 collectibles since they were magically gone off my active listings. How has this issue not been resolved after years of complaints?

Are these long-tail items? Ebay is known to remove listings that have had no sales activity for a long while.

Probably, hard to know when they disappear, though I have had a couple items on for years because I have a box of them, sell them slowly and they don't take up much room in the basement. There are definitely items though that have been on for less than a year, but since it auto-renews them who knows.

If they did that, why don't they tell us? That's just rude of them.

If threads are over 6 months old......they may be closed........there can be old information in them that no longer applies.....
