Did customer open a return?
If so, what reason was used?
Did you respond to the return request if you got one?
or..
was this a 'bank' chargeback?
But, the buyer paid real $$ for something so they are the ones that will be sided with, as you could have shipped them a rock or a broken xyz etc.

According to your return policy, you don't want your items back.
Was it a dispute through the buyer credit card?
If it was, Ebay has no say on the outcome of the case.

If it's a "dispute" with the buyer's credit card...that's hard to fight. And it's usually out of the hands of eBay.
It's dealing with the buyer's banking source and eBay takes a step back. I wouldn't blame eBay if this is the case. eBay has to allow the banks to do this. I had a buyer do a dispute after a purchase of 160 days.

It might be easier to post in your first language and use Google Translate to put it into English.

That is an Undeliverable shipment.
EBay does not require the seller to refund anything on an Undeliverable shipment.

"
The buyer provided an invalid or incorrect address at checkout --Not covered"
If you had given the tracking number from FedEx to eBay when the Claim was opened, they could have seen that this was Undeliverable.
You could try using the eBay employees assigned to social media to appeal the Claim.
Do not try the phone, those are subcontractors and have no authority.

You understand what??
I asked you questions which you still haven't responded to...but,
it sounds like this was a 'chargeback'.
The customer probably had NO idea that they needed to 'pick it up'. Did you ship to the address that they provided, or to a 'carrier' that you chose and you expected the buyer to 'pick it up'.
Know that many 'buy, and never look back and when it doesn't show up, they open a charge back'

Did tracking show it was delivered?
