Cutoff Date for Store Cancel With No Penalty?

Can someone refresh my menory here?  With the subscription fees increased, we are supposed to be able to cancel our store subs sometime this month with no penalty.  What is the cutoff for that?  I thought I saw mention a couple times of something like the 21st or 22nd; but then I also saw others say the 31st.  Which one is it?  Need to know so I make sure that the two I am canceling get this quarter's shipping supplies first, and plan out the rest of their monthly 250.

If you choose to keep your current subscription you will be subject to the new pricing.
