Can we sell Cuba coins yet on E- Bay or do they still hide behind the embargo clause.

There’s still an embargo.

Sellers can't list embargoed goods or pre-embargoed goods from these countries or regions:

• Cuba
• Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine (as defined under applicable sanctions)
• Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• Iran
• Syria

I don't understand why they say they can't sell Cuban coins because of an embargo  , they sell Venezuela coins Russian coins and we have embargo's  with those countries as well . So I don't understand that at all ....
