Country code for Serbia

I am trying to exclude Serbia as one of the European countries that we ship to but the country code RS (that I got from the Advanced Instructions for File Exchange pdf) is giving me an error.

I also looked for Serbia's country code here:
http://meridian.noblespirit.com/tutorials/countrycodes.html

but Serbia is not on the list.

Does anyone know what is the latest up-to-date country code for Serbia?

According to Wikipedia and other sources it is RS and has been since 2006 when ISO accepted the change.

That doesn't mean that's what FE is using though. There's also a 3 digit ISO version SRB. Don't know if FE uses 3 char codes but you might try it.

it might be something other than the country code which is throwing the error.

For sure the File Exchange Documentation shows RS:

I'm not experienced with File Exchange (just know some of the very basic stuff), what is the exact error you are getting? If you can hunt that error down in the the documentation you might be able to figure out what the issue is.
