Is there really no way to send a message to ebay--you have to call? It's 2017!
But I am confused. I was an item was sold/paid, then paid again, then refunded. I only have one of the item. It was not in my awaiting shipping folder, but paypal told me I need to ship. Now ebay is saying it hasn't been paid for--but I already purchased the label because paypal said it was ok ship. I do not accept returns and it is a buy it now item. How is this even happening?

Can't really tell from what you've said/screen shots you posted what exactly has happened.
Are the eBay Item #'s identical or different?
If you look at the transaction details for both what date/time were they listed? What date/time does it indicate each was sold?
What Item # does the cancelled/refunded order track back to?
What does your PayPal Account Summary (log into PayPal to see it) indicate in terms of activity? Can you see payment/refunds/postage purchased? If so, for which Item #s?

Have read reports of sold items being relisted without the seller's knowledge. Possibly this could be what happened here?
