Changing item price

Hello, 

This is my first time selling on Ebay and I am trying to change the price of an item I have. I am trying to take 10 dollars off the price but when I try to change it it takes my to an area to set up to pay fees and to my paypal page. 

This has me very confused, I just want to change the price by a few dollars it should just do it and update the posting. Any help as to why it is doing this?

are you going to the listing and then clicking on revise in upper left corner?  That should give you the revision page......to change the price.......then scroll to the bottom, look at the fee (always do that) to be sure it's 0, then click submit.....

Yes I am doing that and the fee is 0.00. I can not even change the description notes with out it going to a page to set up something about how I want to pay fees.

Never mind I found a page that has information on revising restrictions. That has the reason I think.
