Hi,
I am a NY resident and eBay collects sales tax for my sales.
I will be in AZ for a few months.
How do I set up my items for sale so the item location is AZ but the NY sales tax
will be collected by eBay? Or does eBay collect NY sales tax if I am selling out of state?
Or do I need to charge AZ sales tax for items sold here?
The item location needs to be the AZ address so shipping charges show correct now that I am not in NY.
I know how to set the new mailing location for items but worry that this will cause a problem with sales tax.
Thank you for all input,

eBay's sales tax collection is based on the location of the buyer, not the seller. So the item location won't affect whether eBay collects sales tax on your transactions.

Can you change item location by item? Not by seller?

Yes. In each item you can switch the item location.
