Can't create or revise listings. All drafts gone.

Starting a few minutes ago, eBay's listing page is not working.

"We're sorry, the listing tool isn't working right this second. Please try again later."

I can't create new listings or revise active listings. All of my drafts have disappeared too.

Having the same issue with drafts I had ready to go and now couldn't find.  Figured out that on the app (mine is Android), I could go to the Selling page where I'd usually see Drafts down towards the bottom.  They weren't there, but if I then refreshed the page by pulling down, they popped up.  If I hit "Manage Drafts" it said I didn't have any drafts, but if I  instead clicked on one of the few drafts shown on the listing page, it allowed me to list it.  Of course, then back on the Listing page, the drafts disappeared until I refreshed it again.

...but now the "Manage Drafts" option works for me, so hopefully it's back for everybody.

Same here and I was ready to hammer out a bunch of listings, very frustrating! Arrrgggggg
