Buyer questions & answers posted to your FAQ page?

When answering buyer questions, we are given the opportunity to have the question and answer "posted on your FAQ page"?

I have a FAQ page? I did not know that and I don't know how to locate it, which makes me wonder how potential buyers would find it.

Any insights?

It doesn't post on your FAQ page, it posts at the bottom of your listing.  Unless this has changed, that is how it use to work.

I believe it no longer posts on the bottom of your listing.

It now shows when someone wants to message you with a question about your item.

if you want to go to your FAQs to edit it or adding Q&A, you will find it in your "Account Settings " section under (Manage communications with buyers), then in the page's bottom, you will find "What your buyers can do" , there you will find your FAQs:
