Buyer complaint

I just had a buyer complain that two of his boxes were somewhat damaged upon receipt. But his items were delivered on March 7, so he has waited over a month to complain, which makes me suspicious that these were not damaged in shipping, but now he wants me to take the fall.  How long do buyers have to issue a formal complaint?

Buyer complaint

Buyers have 30 days from delivery (or estimated delivery) to open a return or claim INR.

They have 60 days from sale to leave feedback.

Today is the 43rd day past delivery date.

How long do buyers have to issue a formal complaint? Thirty days after delivery. The Return Item button still appears on their Purchase History page from day 31 to 60. You have the option to reject their Return Request at this point.

Buyer complaint

A true honest buyer would have contacted a seller right after delivery of an issue.

Your buyer states nothing about damage to product. Only the box.

Block and move on.
