Just received a worrying email from

Brickell Ip Group  regarding copyright infringement please can anyone share their experience or guide me what the process to deal this situation or is this a scam or something I should be worried about . Thank You in advance

Elon Musk and Tesla would be the victim, Elon tweeted TWICE that people can use his logo

Lets say this law firm gets $500 from 500 eBay users in a settlement, that's $250,000  of course the law firm will take $200,000 as a fee and send Musk $50,000

  Do you really think Musk even cares ?  This law firm chases the little guys and extorts them for whatever they can get, this is ruthless and unforgiveable.

  Plus most of the sellers are not in the USA so the legitimacy of this case has to also be questioned, I am not a lawyer but I would guess that you would have to be served and tried in your own country.

  Most cases like this start with a cease and desist, this law firm goes right for the throat.

If the court says you owe money, they'll get it any way they can.
