Below Standard Recovery from Defects

Have a quick question, thanks in advance!

We have been working diligently to recover our Ebay seller account which went below standard due mainly to some order cancellations.

I had thought we would emerge from below standard as of yesterday's Seller Evaluation.

We had a defect from June 7, 2016 which I expected to drop off yesterday, but it is still showing as counting against us.

All out metrics look as though we should qualify to not be below standard.

Transaction defect rate 0.68%

Late shipment rate 5.41%

Cases closed without seller resolution - 2 of 585

Transactions Tracking uploaded on time and validated - 97.64%

And yet our dashboard still shows -

Current seller level - Below Standard

It does show us projected - ABOVE STANDARD for the next Seller Evaluation on July 20, 2017.

Just curious why we did not qualify as of yesterday's update?

Thanks Again for any insight or advice!

Below Standard Recovery from Defects

Over 5% Late Shipment rate. That is where the problem is.

5% still should qualify for Above Standard according to the metrics I am seeing.

Your late shipment rate is 5.41%.  It has to be 5% or less, or less than 6.

You might want to change your handling time if you have trouble shipping within the time you have specified.

For TRS. Not for Above Standard. Late shipment rate isn't factored in to an Above Standard level.

I think you are getting confused with one year based on the date and 12 months.  The defect you are asking about does not fall off until 12 months has passed which will be the end of June 2017 not the 1 year date of the defect.

Good Luck Selling!

Your evaluation on June 20 covered the 12 months from June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2017, including June 7, 2016.

If you have a defect that should have fallen off, but didn't. Give them a call and see if it is scheduled from removal. They are usually removed on Thursdays I think. I called to have one removed because it was **bleep**, but the system didn't actually take it off until the following thursday. It's apparently an auto process and all the cs does is schedule it
