I usually just list buy it now and I promote and usually offer the suggested percentage.
I don't list many auctions.. but when I have I never "promote" them because I thought I saw an additional fee for promoting auctions...
Im putting together an item I want to present in auction format now..
No additional fee for auction showed up at bottom of format.
Does ebay now offer "promotions" for auctions with NO additional fee?
EBAY drives me nuts (sometimes).
