Store items NOT BEING REMOVED WHEN SOLD.
Today I had the ever so helpful eBay suggestion to send an offer to someone that is watching an item. I click it and complete the email and it say's something went wrong. I click on the item...bammmm ///smacking head/// no, I don't need a V8, I need to get sold items out of me store.
H.E.L.P.
I know I am probably missing something simple, so please please please help me!

Do you have the "Out of stock" option turned on?
Which listing?

Are you trying to reach ebay management? I think they're Comfortably Numb.

No, I thought if you only had one buy it now, that it would automatically come off. So I guess I need to find something that says out of stock? I don't recall ever seeing that.
Thank you

They show on my side when I look at my ative list; however, if I click into it, it clearly shows it has been sold.

If you gave the title of the book you sold, which you believe is still listed, we could see if it shows for us too.

Your ad says: Quanity 1
Then indicates: 1 left/1 sold
(Just now looked)

Thank you! I guess I'll waste time figuring out how to fix the store items later...dropping prices right now and hoping for more sales. Too many books left.

"Out of stock" is an option in your Site Preferences. It's useful for items that a seller periodically re-stocks, so that you don't lose the total "Sold" count when the quantity available reaches zero. Instead of ending when the quantity available hits zero, the listing is hidden from everyone but the seller, until the seller gets the item in stock again and adjusts the quantity. That's not what's happening with the Demosthenes book.
