Adjusting Invoice

How do I offer a discount on multiple purchases at the same time??  Also, can I adjust the invoice or is there another way to process?

You can always do a partial refund after the sale.

When you create the listing on a multi-quantity listing, at the bottom is a section for a discount when purchasing 2, 3, 4 items.  I believe ebay calls it a volume discount.

Do you know if the invoice adjusts the percentage discount automatically, or do I have to do it?  Not sure how it works. Thanks!

You can adjust the shipping costs on a invoice before sending it. Highlight the shipping cost delete it and then type in the new shipping cost.

If you use the Volume discount on the listing, the invoice is adjusted automatically.

Otherwise, you could use the Discount option when sending an invoice, but you cannot deduct more than the price of the shipping.
