No it's not just you.
Mine disappeared as well earlier this morning and at the very same time eBay started billing and collecting all of the extra supplemental listing fees alacarte. i.e. $0.10 double category listing fees. I have approximately 300 of these every on each one of my accounts and now I get to literally get to pay for each one them as they roll around every 30 days.
That's going to get old very quickly.
