2 months later, 2 orders shipped to Chile, requests that both weren't received

I shipped an order on June 22 for about $200, and another on June 26 for $275. I insured the $275 with Shipcover, but can't figure out how to file a claim (is it too late?) and the $200 order I can't seem to find if I insured it or not.

 

Why do these things always have to happen at the worst possible time? I've got something planned for years and I don't have time to deal with this now.

 

What do I do now?
