Yup, 18.68% in eBay fees, add another 30 cents per item and 3% for pay pal fees, plus I'm charged for listing anything as auction and more if I have it posted at a specific time, plus $20 for a store subscription that i can only use 150 of those "free" listings.
But the icing on the cake is since May 30, (the start of the next invoice) not 1 single item sold! Seems kind of obvious that I'll not be making any more sales here. I noticed that every sale I made was included on my last invoice, even all shipping charges made with fed-ex were included on that invoice. that's never happened before, Fed-Ex billing is usually posting some shipping from 2 months prior on invoices, as of today this looks like it's all caught up and if I pay this I will be at zero.
How do i get ebay to boot me off so i am not quitting and expected to pay for my store subscription that remains?
As it is now i've been paying for a store that offers no benifits at all. My total "savings" from their "free promotional" listings is the same as the cost of my store subscription. I would be way further ahead if I didn't have the store and just used the 50 free per month and paid less in fees on top of it.\
The store is juat a trap, they take your money after they rescrict your account and hold you hostage , then charge nearly 20% in fees on those few sales you do get from your own hard work when you are rounding up your own sales because your listings never even show up on the site. But the entire time you are working with prospective buyers eBay's delaying your messages and posting warnings about making too many messages. Then they cut off your messages alltogether making sure you will not be making any sales but still want to collect your store payment for no reason.
I do think that this is the last straw for me.
End of rant, may be my last.

Cancel your store and only list when you get free listings, in other words operate smaller until your selling limits are increased.

I am not doubting your word one bit, but, just out of idle curiosity, I'd like to see the breakdown on an invoice which included fees of over 18%.

Per the Spring update:
"Final value fees for sellers who do not meet eBay’s minimum performance standards will increase by 4 percentage points on items sold on or after May 1, 2017..."

well i don't know how you end up with 19% but that leaves 81%...did you make a profit? and if not then you need to figure out how you can....because if whatever you have ends up with too much in fees and costs, then yes you shouldn't sell.... IF you feel ebay is wrong then call CS and look at the break down to be sure you know exactly what is going on...
you know business is not a static thing... it takes creativity and knowledge....so luck and hard work....and in the end...some lose and go out of busines.... tell Micheal it wasjust business.....

Ebay fees covers a range of different fees. For you to arrive at just short of 19% you must be counting all fees instead of just your FVF value. However as another poster stated, if your account has fallen below standard, Ebay tacks on an additional 4% penalty to your FVF rate until you get back to a minimum of Standard.
plus $20 for a store subscription that i can only use 150 of those "free" listings.
You knew that when you signed up for the store. You run enough listings for this to pay off for you. So I'm not sure why you are feeling this doesn't serve you well. If you ran 100 FP listings, without a store that would cost you $30 per month. Also with a store you get a slightly lower FVF rate, well unless you fall to a Below Standard rating. And there are other good things about having a store.
But the icing on the cake is since May 30, (the start of the next invoice) not 1 single item sold! Seems kind of obvious that I'll not be making any more sales here. I'm with you however on the free auctions offered with the various store levels. I can't use them either because of the restrictive nature of the catagories that qualify. I really don't like the limitations at all.
How do i get ebay to boot me off so i am not quitting and expected to pay for my store subscription that remains?
Not sure that is a solution for anything and I don't know if Ebay were to shut you down for cause that it would relieve you of the store subscription fees. Sellers get suspensions sometimes and I've known a few of those sellers. They had to pay their store fees while on suspension. But FYI, here is a link that describes the rules of store subscriptions and how much you'd pay if YOU closed your store early aka Early Termination Fees.

This is simply not true. Because you don't understand the benefits offered to you at your store level does not mean that there aren't any benefits, it simply means you are apparently not aware of them. Before you do something that will damage your account further, maybe it would be a good idea to do some research so you better understand what you are currently working with. It appears that you have no idea what your benefits really are. It is always much better to make a decision on knowledge not on assumptions. Here is a link so you can better understand what a store offers you.

You are making a lot of assumptions without dealing with the facts. I encourage you to read through the links provided above as you are basing your decisions on incorrect information. There is a reason why you got restricted, your attention really should be turned to that and fixing the problems you are having as a seller. Clearly your FB shows there are issues. Whether it is in how you provide customer service or how you handle your listings, I don't know. But whatever the reason is that you got restricted, that should be your focus to fix that and not allow it to happen again.
But the entire time you are working with prospective buyers eBay's delaying your messages and posting warnings about making too many messages. Then they cut off your messages alltogether making sure you will not be making any sales but still want to collect your store payment for no reason.
I've never heard of a warning for sending too many messages. If you are sending a high amount of messages to a given buyer, that may be causing some of your unhappy buyers. If you are violating policy in the emails, maybe that is it. If you are trying to share your off Ebay email address or otherwise trying to take the transaction off Ebay, that may cause issues.
Your FB clearly showes you have issues to work through and I hope you get it all worked out. In some of your listings you are offering Economy Shipping when your item should be shipped FCP [first class parcel]. The item does not qualify for Economy Shipping which in transation would be Media Mail.
