What will the fees be announced for Bullion / Coins & Money sales under managed payments?

When is eBay going to announce what the fees will be for collectible coins & bullion when the switch to Managed Payments happens? The new system comes into place on the 20th. 

For those of us with store subscriptions, we currently pay 6% in fees, looking at MP fees for those with stores, it looks like our fees might double to 12%, while only "saving" us 3% in PayPal fees. Not only that, but we will be paying fees on the sales tax (also, seriously?). 

I for one will be questioning if its worth selling here if that is the case, because I am not sure what eBay has done to warrant a 50%+ net increase in selling fees. Just an absurd increase.
