Do I have to have a Business account or enhanced subscription, other than the basic eBay account, to offer Promotional Shipping Discounts? I can go into the shipping preferences and add a Promotional Shipping rule but there doesn't appear to be any way to apply it to any of my listings. Ebay's instructions are as follows:
To add a new rule to any current listing:
- Go to the active listings page
- Select Revise, then Apply my promotional shipping rule.
There does not appear to by any "Apply my promotional shipping rule" option on the Revise page. Am I missing something or is this something that is only available to business type accounts? Is there a way to apply Promotional Shipping rules to listings on a regular account?
