I cannot log in to my ebay account because I need to receive a confirmation code but it doesnt work

So the call and message doesnt work becuase it says that there are "technical difficulties".
When I choose the option to verify with email it asks me about another account ID and it's very strange question as I only have one account.
Also calling the number given to contact ebay customer service doesnt work.
What is wrong?? What should I do to log in?
