Buying a product kept changing addresses for shipping and for payment card address!!!

When purchasing an item the address I was shipping to suddenly became the address for the billing address also! When I purchased another item the address from the last purchase became the shipping address for the new order! I changed it and paid for the item. When I checked on it the old address for the first item I bought was the shipping address for the second item also even after I had changed it! I cancelled (told me I had waited too long when it had only been about 10 min.). When I cancelled the hard way and tried to purchase again the inventory was gone. When I checked the order it was evidently cancelled because it wasn't in my purchases. This is a mess and I cannot talk to someone on the phone. eBay is becoming a super mess!!
