How do I have my buyer send $$$ for faster shipping?

A buyer has bought and paid for an item, but now wants faster shipping(and is willing to pay extra for it).

I found this during a Google search:
'You can send or revise an invoice from either My eBay Sold or Seller Hub Orders:
Find the item.
From Actions, select Send invoice.
Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.).
Select Send invoice.'

But, I can't find 'send invoice' anywhere. I think eBay removes that option once the buyer has paid?
Anyone know how either send an invoice for a already paid for item, or have the buyer send extra $$$?

Exactly, the option to send an invoice is removed once the buyer has paid. What you can do is cancel the order for buyer requested and relist with expedited shipping. Explain all this in advance to your buyer so they are onboard. They can then purchase with the higher shipping and still get everything they wanted. Best of luck to you....
