File Exchange error

Hi, I can't create listing with file exchange.

Error Message: 

"Warning - You did not provide a value for additional shipping cost. The same value you provided for shipping cost has been copied to the additional shipping cost field.||Error - The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy.|<p> Your item Location indicates that your item is in the United States, but you&rsquo;ve chosen a shipping service that ships from outside the US. Change you Action statement as such..

If the item ships from Moldovia - Action(SiteID=US|Country=QQ|Currency-USD)

If the item ships from another country, use the Coiuntry Code list on pages 64-66 of the AdvancedInstructions - http://pages.ebay.com/file_exchange/File_Exchange_Advanced_Instructions.pdf

You can also add a column, with the heading Country. Place the Country Code in that colulm for each item shipping from the foriegn country.
