I'm trying to connect my Shopify store with my eBay account but I keep receiving an error message.
After selecting connect on Shopify's website, a new window opens up where I'm asked to log in and then verify my business information. After I've done that this message comes up
"Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again."
Has anyone experienced this? I have removed the marketplace from Shopify, cleared cookies, and then added again. Also tried from another computer.
Shopify can't help and after pushing eBay's customer service they started a case about it but they can't give me an estimate.
