Can't Use Sell Similar of a fixed price listing to creat an auction listing

There has always been a box to deselect Immediate Pay Required when using sell similar to create an auction listing (I think). Today I looked EVERYWHERE and there seems to be none.

Is there a way to save listings?

Is there a way to save my listings for a longer time? If I don't want to use all my listings at once, like seasonal specific items, is there a way to save them without losing them over time? Thanks!
