In the most educated way I'm requesting help to return an item that I bought trough eBay and is not showing in my purchase list. In a previous note to you I explained the reason for my return; so I expect you to help me ,ever since I been a good eBay customer for a long time and I have preferred been loyal to you for all these time, that is why I'm coming to you for help. and I'm not asking much. Thanks for listening to me;
