Seller refund on local pickup item?

How would a "Seller Refund" policy work with a "Local Pickup Only" item?

eBay says local pickups  must offer at least one electronic method to pay.  Local pickups are  covered by MBG if the buyer pays on eBay.

Sorry, I meant more specifically if/how I get, as a seller, my item returned to me?  If I list as "Seller Pays For Return", would it be on me to go pick it up if I want it back?

Thanks for the link ... don't think the info there completely answers ... if I have "Free Returns" on a "Local Pickup Only" item ('cause I get partial FV fees back, correct?), could a buyer demand that I come get an item he wants to return (and that I want back instead of just allowing him to keep) ?
