Return Shipping Label Questions

Just wondering what has been up with these eBay return labels recently, if anything?

Have not had that many returns in the last year. FWIW, was a $150 sale and I want this item back for resale.

eBay provided USPS return label shows as $30.51

The original shipment was $30.51

I shipped UPS 31 lbs. 19x13x8

I normally would send a UPS label since I use the RMA option and I have a choice to use the eBay label or send my own label.

I checked the pricing and USPS GA is $53.34 and USPS Priority is $63.42

The USPS eBay return label is only $30.51

Any gotchas on using the eBay provided USPS label?

eBay promised if you use eBay Shipping, that your return label will never be billed for more that the original label.

eBay pays the same averaged price for every single USPS RETURN SERVICE label, whether it weighs 1 oz or 70 lbs. Then eBay turns around and caculates [sic] whatever it wants to charge a seller or a buyer for a return label.
