Hi All,
I recently had a buyer who did not receive her package. USPS messed it up. She requested her refund while I was tracking the item. I refunded her the purchase and shipping. I received confirmation that the package was delivered. I have emailed the buyer, to no avail. All I am looking for from the buyer is confirmation she received the item.
Is there any place to make a claim on the item with EBAY? Thanks !

Not on eBay. You've lost item and money for acting too soon. She's not a nice person for not responding.
You could file a Small Claims Lawsuit in county of shipping address. It'll cost in average of $25, depending on your state of residence. It might scare her to payoff!?

Thanks! Actually, she filed the return through EBAY and they refunded her. Have to take the loss..not alot thank goodness. Figured I'd ask in case it ever happens again. USPS has a claim service, but so not worth it unless it is a high ticket item. Thanks again for response!
