Hello eBay Community,
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm reaching out because I sold items on eBay about four years ago during the pandemic, but due to lockdowns, I couldn't fulfill the deliveries. Now, I'm committed to refunding two buyers for their purchases.
However, I'm facing a challenge as I no longer have access to their PayPal emails. All I have are their names, transaction IDs, dates, and amounts. Could someone please guide me on how to proceed in this situation?
I want to ensure that these buyers receive their refunds promptly, and any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and help.

"I want to ensure that these buyers receive their refunds promptly..."
Well, that ^^^ ship has sailed... what has brought you to this epiphany now? And are you sure they weren't already refunded?
