I have also been chatting with seller about a returned item.  The seller has been giving me the run around for 2 months.  Now the seller stated its to late for a refund because it is out of the 30 day window.  So now ebay says they can't refund my money back either.  Ebay opened the return request for me and now they are saying they can't refund my money.  What the ?????????  This is highway robbery.

You let this seller string you along, thats on you. You have thirty days from the time of delivery to file a case, more than enough time. You can still file at Paypal or your credit card, you have six months with those.
