Same in Missouri. Can't relist. Tried all work arounds I could  think of. Whole website has been quirky all day. I need to relist some items.

Same here in Florida.  On the phone with customer support right now and they're saying it "may" be fixed by tomorrow.  Awesome timing on a Friday night when folks are trying to get stuff listed for the weekend, eBay, I'm sure glad my fees are going to your stellar tech department.

I thought I would kill some time while waiting. Can't even edit live listings either. Been busy all day and can't do anything with my listings.

At least you were able to reach an actual human being at eBay "support". I gave up trying after wasting over 30 minutes for a supposedly 8 minute wait time they gave me. Apparently, they can't calculate time correctly either, one top of the many other glitches here.

I'm having the same issue since last night, unable to manually relist items. I can't even find a number to contact support.
