search not working

Anyone having similar issues? Past week or so, when typing in a search, will often come up as no matches, when I am positive that there are items matching search criteria. ( For example, if I search Eskandar monk top I get a no results message, although I have one of these listed currently). Spoke to a family member who has noticed this problem as well.  Also, from my saved searches I can view newly listed items, but if i go back in and click on that search a second time, I will often get a no matches message.

I get an error message when I try to do a search, look at an item in my store or look at past purchases.  Started a couple of hours ago.  I cleared my cookies, I changed browsers, nothing is working!  I tried calling twice but after the mechanical voice all I got was dead air.  Help!!!
