i am wondering if there is an alternate way of contacting them besides the 1800 number. i have limited minutes on my phone. i was told to cancel my anchor store because it wasn't paying for itself in the summer. i then found out i can not email merchant support because that was a feature of the anchor store. does ebay have an alternate email address.
