Ive been billed by ebay for ki-feedback app for over 2 years now. Talked to ki-feedback and they had now record of us in thcorrespondance eir system and told me ebay bills for them. Never signed up for this app. Ebay wants emails and other communications to prove Ive been trying to get this resolved for the over a year now. Why do I have to provide anything to them when they can easily see Ive been billed and ki-feedback will tell them the same thing they told me. Just canel it first off. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance.
so are you trying to get credit/refunds? If so, they want proof you have been trying to cancel the app/or whatever it is. I could call my cable co and say I never ordered it 8 years ago.....but they aren't going to refund me just on that.
