It is still happening that the seller sells items at a very low price. After a month the item will not get the house. He earns the money for a month, and then perhaps returns some money. You know, it has few ratings ..

that would be kind of foolish on the sellers part. If he doesnt refund in full, the buyer can have ebay step in and force the refund, and the seller will receive a defect for no seller resolution. A few of those and he is history selling here.
