Where is the SHIPPING and HANDLING TAB?

I'm not happy.  All of my listings no longer show the shipping and handling information tab so that buyers can see that I have a 2 day handling time on all of my listings.  Why was it removed?  That was key information that buyers need...and now I'm being harassed by buyers who are demanding same day shipping which is not something I have ever offered.

eBay is transitioning to a pop-up. Unfortunately we lost functionality with the new pop-up. Cannot change quantity on the pop-up like we could on the S&H tab. In order to see the rate for multiples, we have to add to cart. If we are helping buyers located in other regions / internationally, it is incredibly difficult to find out the rates on multiples to help them.
