Uploading Photos to listings

My photos won’t upload to any of my listings whether they are drafts or current active listings. All my photos meet the basic requirements and I have tried on both the app as well as a browser. Is anyone else having problems uploading photos to their listings?

I had the same problem and it was recommended that instead of uploading them, I drag and drop. 

That has been working.

How do I drag and drop? I don’t have a laptop and am using my iPhone. I have tried to upload photos on both the app and a browser. Thanks for your time!
