What is the item? Was it covered by the MBG or is it in a category that doesn't offer MBG protection?

Need to submit for reason returning it...checking the right one. Item not as described?
However, if it is an authenticity guaranteed item......a lot of those can't be returned...you would have to read the item carefully purchased if indeed you purchased something like that to see if it's returnable.

It was a cassette deck that was advertised as "Works Great" but it does not. I've tried reaching out to the seller but I haven't heard back yet.

after choosing a reason you may need to type in something before the "gray" will go away.
Does it ask for a photo? If so, it will stay grayed out until a photo is added.

Its been 30 days or less since you got it?
Should be able to return as item not as described.

Yes, I described the problem in the reason section. As for the photo, I can't show what is wrong with it as I'd need a video to show how the speed when playing a cassette drastically slows down, so I just attached a basic photo of the unit. The submit button is still grayed-out.

Try again tomorrow....sometimes the scan of an item received does not go into the system on the same day.
